Tree of Life

Tree of Life brings together paintings, collage, photographs, and reference imagery drawn from Hank Reavis’ everyday surroundings in Washington State. Collected as a single volume, the works form a quiet, cohesive portrait of a practice shaped by place, memory, and the intersection between personal and collective experience. Many of the images found within represent “cutting room floor” material that corresponds to image research for works produced in the past few years.
